The commercial exhibition will take place in the Cromdale Hall of the EICC, which will form the hub of the Congress. This provides an excellent opportunity for delegates to interact with commercial companies and to familiarise themselves with latest advances in research and technology. Our delegates increasingly welcome the opportunity to tap into the expertise provided by exhibitors to answer questions and provide hands-on product demonstrations. In addition to the commercial exhibition, lunch and refreshments will be served in the Cromdale Hall in order to maximise the amount of time delegates spend within the exhibition.

Commercial Stands
The charge per square metre for stand rental is as follows:
- Tier 1 – £265 per square metre plus VAT for bookings received up to and including 31st October 2011
- Tier 2 – £295 per square metre plus VAT for bookings taken from 1st November 2011 onwards
The stand fee is inclusive of the following exhibitor services on-site:
- Optional Shell Scheme Package: stand, name board
- Electrical package
- Bar code reader (lead retrieval device) 1 per stand
- Exhibition personnel badges *
- Free editorial entry (50 words) in the Final Programme/Exhibition Catalogue
- 1 Congress bag with supporting material per stand
- Complimentary tea and coffee for stand personnel*
- Venue security
*An allocation of exhibitor badges and complimentary refreshments will be issued based on the reserved stand size; full details will be provided within the Exhibition Technical Manual
